GUILFORD, CT — Last week the Waterbury State's Attorney's office concluded that no adult would be charged in connection with the tragic shooting death of Ethan Song, 15.
But on Monday, Guilford Police confirmed that a juvenile has been charged with second-degree manslaughter.
In a statement the Guilford Police Department said they have "concluded their investigation into the accidental shooting death of Ethan Song that occurred on January 31st, 2018.
